Job Title: Lead QA Engineer

Job Duties:


ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead QA Engineer at our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsibilities: Develop test scenarios, test plans, automate functional and performance testing, and execute certifications throughout the software development life cycle. Work with the release coordination team in deploying application code to different environments. Pursue automation in all testing cycles. Coordinate workflow between the end user, product owner, and developer, and provide direction and help solve critical problems. Assist the team in the adoption of new technologies and continually improve our client experience based on market standards. Help the support team triage bugs and troubleshoot production issues as soon as they are identified. Create software documentation and update existing documents. Participate and follow Agile/Scrum development methodology, including daily standups, poker planning (development estimation), and tasking.


Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field plus eight (8) years of experience in a related occupation.

Work Experience:

Two (2) years of experience must include: Agile - Scrum framework/SAFe framework; Development Lifecycle and Bug tracking cycle - CA Rally; Functional testing, including test scenarios, test plans, testing lifecycle execution - Sanity, BVT, Smoke, Regression, and Exploratory testing; API Testing including SOAP UI or Postman; Performance Testing, including planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting utilizing Performance Center and LoadRunner; and Selenium frameworks, including JavaScript and Java/Protractor framework.
