**About the Team**

The Account Management team in the AT&T Digital Strategic Platforms team is looking to build a scalable and performant self-service customer experience that will power self-service customer journeys across millions of digital touchpoints. This system of differentiation will be a key pillar to enable surprise and delight experiences for our self-service customers across various channels

**About the Job**

AT&T Digital Strategic Platforms team is looking for a User Experience Lead who is passionate about creating simple and intuitive user experience based on customer feedback, industry trends, analytics, content and brand strategy. Lead User Experience Designer should lead with curiosity, empathy, critical thinking, collaboration and communication. As a UX lead, you will be responsible for managing the team of user experience designers across self-service domain to make sure design is consistent across customer journey. You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team to create simple and intuitive customer experience and incorporate design led thinking.

**Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View**

Lead the design team to create user experience for self-service customer experience

Drive design led thinking based on feedback, trends, analytics, empathy and brand

Drive the team to follow consistent design approach with customer centric approach

Drive the team to create Wireframing/ prototyping as necessary to vet the designs

Incorporate and conduct usability and research feedback through the life cycle of the user experience

Enforce design consistency and standards across the web/app self-service domain

Communicate visual design and customer journey to leadership and scrum teams

Supervise a team of 5 or more UX designers


Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

5+ years of experience in working in creating user experience design

5+ years of wireframing and UI Prototyping, rapid prototyping,

5+ years of experience in design tools and design principles

5+ years of experience in usability testing, surveys, ethnography, participatory design heuristic evaluation, content analysis, personas, competitive analysis, mental models, user journeys, storyboards and user research

5+ years of experience in experience strategy, interaction design, information architect, user interface design and graphic design

5+ years of experience in copywriting, CSS, HTML

**Preferred Qualifications:**

6+ years of user experience strategy and design thinking

5+ years of experience in self -service web and app domain

5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity - coaching and mentoring designers, information architects and content writers

Proficiency in creating rapid prototyping

Expert knowledge and experience working with multiple teams in fast paced environment

Experience working within Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team

Excellent written and visual communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex design problem in a clear manner to peers, leadership and scrum teams
