As a Lead UX Designer, youll use your UX talents to design (and redesign) a diverse set of experiences and products for AT&T, both internal and consumer-facing. Youll have the opportunity to collaborate on projects ranging from websites and mobile apps to chatbots and internal tools.  Youll take ideas from brainstorms through design and into production while using storytelling, UX, and prototypes to compellingly convey the vision, flow, and features of the product or service you are designing. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with fellow UX designers, researchers, and team members to generate ideas and facilitate meaningful feedback sessions on the teams designs
  • Successfully work with developers, project managers, and other internal teams to get your designs into production
  • Support the organization and facilitation of design workshops with clients and partners as needed
  • Help establish best practices for successfully delivering strategic products and experiences for AT&T
  • Motivate and inspire a team of passionate thinkers to collaborate and deliver great work with a high standard of excellence
  • Mentor and guide other designers and cross functional teammates on UX, design, and design thinking

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or an equivalent degree preferred
  • 7+ years interaction and visual design experience across a variety of digital media
  • Experience in concept ideation, design strategy, service design, and digital prototyping
  • Comfortable with design and interactive tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Framer, etc.
  • Knowledge or expertise in one or more of the following is a plus: enterprise software, UX and visual design, machine learning, mobile applications, web applications, messaging interfaces, illustration, video/film production
  • Youre well-versed in user-centered methodologies and design thinking. You design for consumer needs first and foremost
