Who You'll Work With
 Reporting to the WorldWide Director of Sales Development as the Lead Sales Development Manager, you will have full ownership and responsibility for scaling the Inbound and Outbound team of ADRs (Account Development Representatives) and front-line managers at Duo Security. 
 You will be responsible for creating and executing against the ADR organization strategy and ensuring the achievement of hitting pipeline goals across all geos and sales segments. This Manager will develop a highly driven and enthusiastic team of lead qualification professionals.  You excel in building high performance sales teams and instituting "best of breed" inside sales processes.  

Who You Are
You will have: 
        At least 2+ years of leadership experience with lead gen teams and a proven track record of building a great working environment 
        At least 5+ years of SaaS experience with 3+ years of sales experience in a lead gen role 
        Innovative and results driven sales leadership experience 
        You excel at hiring, inspiring, coaching and managing a team of Account Development Reps and their Managers 
        Your previous experience includes reporting on Team/Individual Results - Lead Quantity, Quality, Conversion rates, Qualified Sales Opportunities and Revenue 
        You have a track record of successfully working closely with Marketing on defining Campaign follow-up and reporting
