Your Role and Responsibilities
This position's Korean official calling title :

The Learning Partner for Leadership, Learning & Inclusion team based in Seoul will be responsible for working with Leaders of various Business Units to execute on the Leadership, Learning & Inclusion strategy of Leadership Development and reskilling initiatives . The Learning Partner will assess the reskilling / skilling needs of the Business Units and recommend professional skill development programs , competency development programs and globally mandated leadership development initiatives . He / She will work on cross functional teams and will act as an SME for Leadership, Learning & Inclusion while driving Business KPIs.

Areas of focus include working very closely with Business Units and HR Leaders , identifying the business challenges , working with the extended team to design an appropriate learning intervention , assessing and reporting the effectiveness of the training programs and constantly looking out to add value to the relationship by being a Learning Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities :

Establish strong relationships with Business Unit stakeholders and provide consultancy on learning solutions to them by understanding their strategic business priorities and related learning & development needs.
Act as the Single Go to person for the BU stakeholders on learning delivery related matters.
Identify Business Units challenges and provide customized solutions (consulting engagement) to improve BU employees core capabilities, enhance leadership competencies and solidify foundational skills that will lead business growth.
Drive and support the development of strategic skills, leadership excellence skills and professional skills
Effectively utilize data analysis and measurements to give insight to stakeholders on learning & development, support their decision, identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure all learning programs have measurable impact to the KPIs of the supporting Business Unit
Identify areas for improved learning penetration and work with BU stakeholders to tap those areas.
- Efficiency: Identify and drive projects aimed at improving our internal efficiencies, to drive cost of delivery down, and make learning more effective.
- Speed: Show a sense of urgency and speed in everything we do.
Effectively manage resources and develop contingency plans for all Learning initiatives and the ability to think out of the box to solve Business Units challenges.
Partners with global learning colleagues to ensure learning initiatives are aligned and consistent

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
6 ~ 8 years of working experiences in business or HR (Learning experience is preferred)
Be an Ambassador of Leadership, Learning & Inclusion team
Driving Strong relationship with Business Units & HR Leaders
Excellent Listening and Consultative skills
Conflict Management
Ability to solve challenges in a collaborative manner
Ability to handle multiple projects under strict time lines & pressure
Working with Cross Functional Teams within Korea
Ability to work closely with Asia Pacific Teams
Strong leadership skills
Change agility / out of Box thinking
Strong networking and influencing skills with Business Units & HR Leaders
Conduit for sharing and driving industry best practices
Proven Communication and interpersonal skills
