  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, legal, or required
  • 2+ years of strong understanding of trade and business licensure
  • 2+ years of experience with writing business level correspondence
  • 2+ years of experience providing professional level support to a business
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office advanced Excel skills

The purpose of your role as a Licensing Analyst

As a Licensing Analyst, you will provide high level, professional support to business units to ensure appropriate trade licenses are secured. Maintains Secretary of State filings, state contractor's licenses and local licenses for cities and counties. Research and understand business needs and apply licensing requirements. Administer the corporate licensing program and ensure divisions are up-to-date with filings and provide assistance as required.
