GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

To recruit, license, supervise, and train foster family homes for youth needing out-of-home placement; works a non-traditional, flexible work-week including evenings and weekends when necessary, transports foster children using own vehicle when necessary, carries a pager for access 24 hours/7 days a week, responds to family crisis in efforts of maintaing family members safety and reinstating family stability, coordinates the provision of collateral services as required by the State of Michigan Laws, Division of Child Welfare Licensing (DCWL) requirements and applicable Service Standards.
