Auto req ID: 266166BR Job Description Schedule Days: Tuesday-Saturday (flexibility required); Schedule Hours: Primarily Evenings; 5pm-3:30am (4 day week) Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Daily problem solving of issues, identify root cause, generate solutions to eliminate future occurrences Communicate with warehouse, Sales and customers regarding any delays or driver schedule changes. Resolve dispatch issues driven by order changes, ship date delays or driver availability. Assign loads/trips as necessary to cover all work to ensure seamless communication throughout the Supply Chain and to Sales. Coordinate the delivery of loads by Carriers and Company Fleet Adjust delivery sequences as necessary, including building runs/boards to meet business needs. Verify Driver DOT Hours of Service and assign Runs Daily accordingly. Maintain Regulatory compliance for Traffic Center including company, state and federal compliance and recordkeeping Annual training requirements compliance to include owning safety programs Engagement and Leadership in site business and people initiatives (examples: inclusion, safety, service, sales partnership, etc.) Leverage Data and Trend analysis to improve performance and deliver expected results. Requires learning and backup of other administrative roles as needed and directed Working a flexible schedule and OT outside of normal shifts hours and weekends when necessary Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing, scanning, etc. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Compensation and Benefits: Expected salary range is: $42,000 - $45,000 annually Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement Other benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Automatic Retirement Contribution (ARC) account #LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Skills Desired: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, Self-motivated and results oriented Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Ability to learn DOT Compliance and transportation laws High level of analytical thinking and proven troubleshooting capability. Effective personal/team interaction, verbal, written, facilitation and customer service skills, a positive and winning attitude. Demonstrated confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all matters from expense control to interpersonal relations Capability, flexibility, and willingness to learn and train other team members where needed Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously under pressure and have a demonstrated history of decision making Ability to learn and execute in-house computer systems Ability to interpret/analyze data and present findings and conclusions in a concise manner Ability to give/receive constructive feedback Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization lead/influence tactical and strategic planning Logistics and Transportation knowledge a plus Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
