Auto req ID: 261383BR Job Description Provide direct supervision to the Maintenance Team to ensure that maintenance activities are executed in a manner that results in improved reliability, safety, food safety, and continuous improvement of the facility Ensure the equipment systems are capable of delivering at expected reliability and quality levels through optimizing existing systems and developing and implementing plant and divisional projects at the Danville Facility Coach and develop department leaders to grow as technical and people leaders Actively lead key safety initiatives Provide strong support of environmental compliance efforts Lead the Preventative Maintenance pillar and support the TPM initiative as a member of the plant TPM Steering Team Direct or manage all REA projects Control the ongoing repair and period maintenance budgets in line with plan Provide a key role in Productivity plan development and implementationCompensation: Expected salary range is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 DOE (RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED) Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement Other benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Qualifications/Requirements A bachelors degree is required, preferably in engineering A minimum of 5 years in engineering and/or maintenance, and 3 years in managing manufacturing operations and staff Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop personnel, and strategically plan for continuous improvement of human resources Previous Maintenance experience is preferred Skilled in all facets of design, estimating and installation coordination of food processing, packaging and material handling systems, including facility construction, utility operation and process control Strong maintenance leadership, strategic planning, and support system knowledge to lead plant PM efforts. Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously Ability to interface with plant personnel, outside contractors, and different functional groups within the business units Working knowledge of quality systems, finance, capital planning, project cost tracking and forecasting, economic justification analysis, statistical process control, and manufacturing management systems Demonstrated leadership in environmental compliance Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, applied creativity and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
