Auto req ID: 266650BR Job Description The role of the Maintenance Parts Admin is to improve maintenance efficiency productivity by minimizing potential delays through proper inventory of parts, materials and equipment. The Parts Room Admins work closely with the sites Maintenance Planners and Maintenance Management to define appropriate stocking levels, ensure accurate accounting for parts received and used, generate replenishment requisitions, and complete other activities necessary to maintain and control the spare parts inventory. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Complete parts checkout log and verifying physical inventory (daily, print labels if needed) Receiving parts daily and completing RMAs when needed Effective communication with the MTX team Completing Pre-Kits daily for all work orders assigned Pull data using Business Objects, excel, and other sources to input data to scorecards and send out weekly PepsiCo / SAG audit point and responsibility Intra-site networking, relationships, involvement and Team support Purchase Order Reconciliation, weekly review of items past 60 days Keeping an inventory of supplies daily and ordering as needed to maintain inventory levels Item Name Enhancement (as necessary) Inventory cycle counts Review open requisitions, weekly review of items past 60 days Review 116I/New stock shelf and locate parts in appropriate locations in the parts room Weekly restock of parts to appropriate location from restock shelf in the Crate Room Parts Warranties General clean-up of parts room All other duties as assigned Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
