Manager, Asset Management
What You Will Do
The Manager - Asset Management is responsible for leading a team of Cisco Asset Managers in the service delivery of the Asset Management offer. This is a new position charted to develop a new engagement model for the post sales management of one of Ciscos latest services offer.
You will be
Incubating a team of Asset Managers
Developing the process, policies, and deliverables for service delivery
Train the Asset managers
Identify, monitor and report KPIs
Drive delivery of the service assigned team will be drivingto the desired business outcomes for their Customer through effective installed base (IB) and contract management during the lifecycle of the engagement.
Drive continuous improvement in the engagement model
Assist in scaling the services
Your team of Cisco Asset Managers who work closely with Account Teams, Partners and Customers to gather information about their Customers, create an initial views of their IB's, analyze the data quality and assess existing processes governing the lifecycle of the Customers assets. The results of that work will allow your team to execute necessary IB cleanup and set the foundation of the engagement for the duration of the each Customer engagement.
As the team's leader, you will drive professional, consistent offer delivery, resolve conflicts, and mentor your team. You will also drive delivery improvements, represent the team as knowledge leader, and participate in or lead department initiatives. You will also align with business and Sales leaders who are aligned with the delivery and sale of the Cisco Asset Management service offer.
Who You Will Work With
You will build relationships with Cisco Account Teams, Customers, Partners and other stakeholders connected with the utilizing the Asset Management offer. You will also align with peer managers, and product and project managers who are leading Asset Management delivery enhancements and tool deployments.

Minimum qualifications
8+ years of people management work experience, direct experience in the related area is beneficial
Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Industry process knowledge (ITIL, SIX SIGMA, CHAMP)
Experience in Data Analytics and Data management.
