Job Description

Primary purpose and function of this position
Serve as a liaison between the NA Commercial stakeholders and Commercial IT, and lead IT projects to support NA Commercial and Patient Services business needs.  Areas of responsibility include: Business process and Data analysis, Report development, SalesForce validated application support, GxP documentation, IT Project management, cross-functional team coordination including vendors. As a key contributor in the IT team, this role engages and partners with cross functional business teams to gather business, data and reporting requirements, perform gap analysis, develop functional requirements, define solution recommendations, own SalesForce application configuration / administration, Data extract development, Report development, partner with internal and external development teams to execute the projects, develop test scripts and provide operational support to current production systems.
 

Qualifications

Education Required
 Bachelors degree
 
Experience Required

  •  5 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, definition, requirement gathering and documentation experience
  •  3 years of project management expertise, demonstrated competencies in relationship management, facilitation, working cross-functional teams and influencing skills
  •  3 years of experience in Salesforce.com configuration and administration, operational support and services
  •  3 years of experience in customer facing cloud based  applications, CRM, Data Portals and architecture
  •  3 years of experience partnering with vendors for solution implementation.
  •  3 years of  software testing experience in a validated environment
  •  Knowledge of  application development concepts and SDLC
  •  Ability to work independently and team environment as needed
  •  Excellent communication and writing skills


Experience Preferred

  •  5 years of experience in supporting Commercial business data analysis, writing SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting needs
  •  3 years of experience working  in Pharmaceutical Commercial and  GxP  environment, SOPs and Compliance standards
