About the Team

The Rally Core Services team is responsible for providing critical shared services to all products in the Rally ecosystem. Every product at Rally needs two things: authentication (is the user who they say they are?) and authorization; (what the member is authorized for based on their benefits and coverage).

The team's journey is to build a cohesive foundational platform for other teams to integrate on top of in order to provide a precise experience to users as they move across their healthcare journey. The team works on projects and code that impacts the entire company as well as insurance companies that Rally partners with.

Your day to day: 

As a Rally Engineering Manager, you will work directly with your engineering team, product managers, and engineering managers to ensure current and future business success.

Your core responsibilities: 

  • Provide -thought leadership- and -technical guidance- to take the existing systems and applications to the next level as our business is undergoing high growth  

  • Thoughtfully hire great engineers who complement the existing team. 

  • Lead execution of projects and partner with various stakeholders in Engineering, Product, and other teams as needed

  • You have progressive technical experience and demonstrated progression in management responsibility

  • A desire to keep your technical skills sharp and bring an unwavering passion for managing the dynamics of a fast-paced environment.
