These associates resolve payment issues for customers who have placed orders on Walmart.com Implements initiatives to ensure operational performance objectives, metrics, and corporate policy requirements are met Leads a team to execute on business area or category objectives Oversees contact center operations and implements new initiatives Provides supervision and development opportunities for associatesTime Type:Full TimeCity:BENTONVILLEState:ARPosition Description: + Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments + Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity + Implements initiatives to ensure operational performance objectives, metrics, and corporate policy requirements are met + Leads a team to execute on business area or category objectives + Modifies contact center process as required to meet service level agreements + Oversees contact center operations and implements new initiatives + Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates Minimum Qualifications: + 3 year's supervisory experience. + Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field and 3 years' experience in contact center operations OR 5 years experience in retail, contact center operations, or a related area.
