May be responsible for managing more than one project at a time. Provides management leadership and development coaching/guidance to Business Analysts.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Scopes projects, including: determines project management requirements; develops project charters and risk assessments; develops high-level project plans; develops estimates of business benefits. \u003Cbr /\u003E Develops project management plans, including: defines project goals and objectives; identifies resource requirements; develops project schedules, develops project budgets. \u003Cbr /\u003E Manages process improvement projects and business portion of system implementation projects, including: schedules project resources; conducts project team status meetings; identifies and leads resolution of project issues; monitors project status vs. plan; performs project status reviews, ensures quality of all project deliverables. \u003Cbr /\u003E Identifies current and future business process improvement opportunities. \u003Cbr /\u003E Provides management leadership and development/coaching guidance to Business Analysts.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Director, Merchandise Process Management \u003Cbr /\u003E Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. Experience may be gained within industry or within the management consulting field. \u003Cbr /\u003E Expertise in merchandising business processes (merchandise planning, assortment optimization, purchase order management, price/markdown optimization, etc.).\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:\u003C/strong\u003EProven leadership skills. Willing and able to create and manage associate development plans. \u003Cbr /\u003E Experience and expertise using quantitative analysis methods and tools. \u003Cbr /\u003E Proven ability to manage in a project team environment; experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities to meet commitments. \u003Cbr /\u003E Demonstrated interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively to all levsls of associates - including Sr. Management. \u003Cbr /\u003E Proven management experience with business process evaluation, procedural defination and/or application systems design/development\u003C/div\u003E
