**Unit Description**
Now Seeking customer service and hospitality pros to serve as Workplace Concierge/Floor Ambassador Manager. This role will be assisting building occupants in navigating services and ensuring they have a 5-Star customer service experience.
The ideal candidates must have at least 4 years in a hospitality-centered customer service role. Must have a proven track record in customer service and excel at providing a top-notch customer experience. The right candidate will be upbeat, energetic, self-motivated, creative thinkers and computer savvy. Someone with Project management experience is a plus!
**Objectives:**
As manager you are responsible a team of hourly employees and keeping them accountable for delivering excellent customer service daily. Other program objectives include:
+ Build processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency in our Sanofi offices
+ Coordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors, and internal service partners
+ Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions
+ Provide clarity on office purpose and build programs to strengthen connections across our distributed workforce
+ Ensure the employee experience continues to be a differentiator, whether at home or in the office
+ Fostering a hospitable and welcoming workplace experience for all employees
**General Responsibilities:**
+ Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, email, or in person routing issue to the appropriate party, and recording recurring problem areas.
+ Provides immediate assistance to customers as requested.
+ Maintains a method to document, track and research customer inquiries, data input, room inventory, etc
+ Shares recurrent problems identified by customer input.
+ Reviews statistics and trends with appropriate personnel.
+ May respond to e-mail inquiries.
+ May send written communications in response to customer comment forms.
+ Identifies needs and makes recommendations for quality improvement that creates perceived value to customers.
+ Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service and problem resolution.
+ Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
+ Provides travel directions.
+ May fulfill special service requests on an as needed basis. Multi-tasks and performs administrative duties as required.
+ Complies with all Sodexo HACCP/OSHA, and/ or local policies and procedures related to all assigned work.
+ Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
+ Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
+ Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.
+ Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.
+ May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned; such a project and presentation-based work.
+ To be visible to all users and build relationships with all levels of user.
+ To ensure the floor area is complaint to Health and Safety procedure.
+ To ensure that the floor area is compliant to environmental procedure.
+ To monitor and review the Multi Functional Devices around the floor
+ To monitor and review the Business centers and Coffee stations in the allocated areas
+ To work as part of the broader IFM team and coordinate services as needed.
+ To have a full working knowledge of the building including all services.
Basic Education Requirement - Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year

Serves as the Manager overseeing the housekeeping, custodial and maintenance team, who will be responsible for maintaining high standards in the cleanliness and upkeep of the building and protecting the assets entrusted to Sodexo. Responsibilities include coordination of preventative, planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure the facilities meet the needs of the occupants. Adhere to service level agreements for unplanned maintenance. Implement the department administrative structure, services, and policies necessary for a student-centered residence life system. Coordinate with college staff to ensure project work and initiatives are completed as expected. Complete purchasing/accounts processed for items required to complete your required duties. Ensure Sodexo purchasing standards are adhered to at all times. Promoting the safety and welfare of all residents.
