To accomplish this goal, the role must maintain sales/quality/operational metric targets, define the analysis to identify opportunities, create a consolidated view across all provider management channels, and facilitate action by working with the Field and Merchant partners.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E 25%- Analyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action to the team and the resolution to the field \u003Cbr /\u003E 20%- Develop and implement changes that improve overall Services operations processes that are likely to add value; Manage/drive core Services operations projects and/or process improvements \u003Cbr /\u003E 20%- Manage day to day processes related to areas of responsibility; Create and maintain project work plans \u003Cbr /\u003E 15%- Manage issues and roadblocks that arise related to area of responsibility; Respond proactively to unanticipated field needs arising out of a variety of inputs; Manage action steps necessary for successful execution of both strategic projects/initiatives and process improvement \u003Cbr /\u003E 10%- Communicate effectively and build strong, effective partnerships with the field/stores and throughout The Home Depot; prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analysis of industry/ business, competitive landscape, consumer data for area of expertise \u003Cbr /\u003E 10%- Provide guidance and training specific to area of expertise; Assist in collaborating findings from data and making verbal/written recommendations; Demonstrate proficiency/understanding of specific processes; Maintain knowledge base regarding specific operations and processes within Services operations\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E NATURE AND SCOPE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E This position reports to the Sr. Director HDIS\u003Cbr /\u003E This position has 0-5 direct reports.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EEnvironment: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Located in a comfortable indoor area.
