**Responsibilities**



+ Develop and lead the implementation of compelling, innovative market access strategic roadmap, access related projects and value-based material development that effectively deliver brand value messaging or propositions to payers, policy advocators, policymakers and stakeholders

+ Play key lead role in the access to medicines in listing into national formulary and reimbursement in the government and future national health insurance

+ Lead and create to submit compelling dossiers to local health authorities, in line with methods and principles of HTA reviews and other assessments relevant to country-context

+ Generate and interpret epidemiological studies, systematic reviews, pharmacoeconomic, patient related outcome to support development and deployment of product value strategy to ensure optimal product access and uptake

+ Work with colleagues from appropriate functions, such as Medical, designing and using evidence from Real World and Observational sources - ability to conduct and interpret RWE studies including observational studies, predictive analytics, retrospective analysis, Delphi Panel methods

+ Identify opportunities to partner with policy advocators, policymakers and payers in developing win-win-win solutions which result in outcomes benefiting the patients and overall healthcare system through insights generation activities such as expert consultations, panel discussions, advisory boards and researched based network

+ Lead the integration of local payer value drivers into strategic decision-making processes throughout product lifecycle (clinical and commercial development, launch planning and execution, inline management and LOE)

+ Undertake regular field visits, arrange discussion or meetings to build network for implementation of market access strategies and maintain updates on local policies beyond healthcare

+ Represent market access on cross-functional taskforce for Pfizer major projects by contributing access related intelligence and extending strategic market access input in relation to healthcare policy and system for the development and support of brand objectives. These cover the health technology assessment implementation, reimbursement process, funding flow mechanism, procurement practices, treatment guideline and trends in supply and demand

+ Contribute market access expertise to the development of commercial solutions such as innovative pricing models, patient access programs and tender offers

+ Perform deep market access analysis to provide topline insights to the Corporate Affairs and Government Relation Lead, Commercial Lead, and Category Leads on the dynamic and trend in the national healthcare policy objectives, government health priorities and healthcare financing that may impact access on Pfizer medicines and patients

+ Develop appropriate KPIs and metrics through market access tools or trackers to assess how access related projects and activities are delivered to key payers, and then uses feedback to refine strategies and tactics

+ Provide ongoing training and support to the cross-functional managers to ensure understanding on the dynamics of healthcare system, government policies impacting healthcare and market access tools/trackers

**Qualifications**



+ Possess at least 10 years' experience in healthcare industry, including 5 years commercial experiences

+ Commercial experience can either be in sales, marketing or key account management

+ Have at least 3-year experience in market access with proven track record

+ A minimum degree in science with preference in Pharmacy/Pharmacology/Biomedical Science

+ Experience in health economics will be a strong advantage

+ Strong knowledge of local payer systems and policies, market and competitor trends

+ Ability to partner and work as a team in a highly matrix environment

+ Be solutions oriented and take high level of accountability
