  • Campaign strategy and planning. Develop multi-channel campaign plans and promotional calendar to acquire and nurture leads to opportunity, optimizing to the cost-per-opportunity. Primary owned channels include email, owned sites, third-party media, and organic social, and direct mail. Provide support where needed for paid social and paid search. Partner with ADAs to optimize their outreach as part of the integrated campaign plan.
  • Media buying. Identify and source media vendors. Communicate business requirements, negotiate contracts, and optimize budget allocation for best performance vendors.  
  • Campaign execution and optimization. Develop campaign strategy, offers, messaging, and promotional materials, partnering with content managers and designers. Own the project plans. Assume full responsibility for execution, identifying additional resources as needed. Execution includes developing promotional ad and email copy, advising on creative direction, developing wireframes and scripts, and creating landing pages in Unbounce. Optimize programs by developing A/B tests. 
  • Campaign monitoring and reporting. Monitor campaign performance, and provide reporting on test results and campaign effectiveness. Identify what's working, what's not working, and how to continue to optimize campaign programs.  


Key Skills/Experience:


  • 2+ years of demand generation campaign experience, preferably for B2B software/tech companies
  • Passionate about marketing and messaging: Wants to find creative, innovative ways to capture the attention and mindshare of our target market and deliver value, Enjoys writing and providing creative direction for emails, landing pages, ads, social media posts, etc, and also has a scientific passion towards testing and optimizing. 
  • Results-driven. Addicted to monitoring the performance of programs and seeing results.
  • Compulsive organizer and planner. Clearly documents project and program plans. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, including SFDC and Pardot or similar systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
  • High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work in a hyper-growth environment, while setting a strategy and getting down in the weeds to get the job done.
