Marketing Operations Manager
LOCATION: Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, or Remote
This position reports to: Director of Marketing Operations
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to find creative solutions and lead change. Intapp is seeking a manager-level marketing operations professional who will oversee day-to-day operations, reporting, analysis and technology for a global team that spans multiple offices, industries and targeted personas.
The Marketing Operations Manager will champion and execute marketing accountability initiatives. The chosen candidate will work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure that systems, processes and tools are in place that support funnel advancement, sales enablement, marketing performance measurement, strategic decision-making, and streamlined reporting.
In the short-term, the Marketing Operations Manager will help manage campaigns, build emails, and create lists within the CRM. In the long-term they will develop and execute new marketing automation strategies, maintain and improve the marketing tech stack, refine marketing processes, develop and deploy testing best practices, and develop reporting and analytics across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
- BA or BS degree in marketing, business or related field
- 5+ years of progressive career experience and hands-on execution in marketing automation/ operations/analytics
- Advanced user of CRM and Marketing Automation systems such as Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, or Responsys
- High attention to detail, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the use of business analytics, key performance indicators and dashboards
- Deep understanding of marketing automation strategies and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data sets into concrete business recommendations for marketing and sales leadership, with the goal to optimize revenue-generating investments
- Understanding of data mining, data warehousing, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies
- Proven success building B2B marketing funnels, scaling profitable demand, optimizing lead handoff processes, and exceeding ROI targets at a growing startup
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience in Project Management a plus.
