Auto req ID: 273745BR Job Description Master Data Governance Delivery Lead is accountable for delivery of the MDG (Master Data Governance) solution to support PBNA PGT including implementing automated business processes (workflows) for MDG master data objects (material, customer, vendor, financial data). Responsibilities include participation in sprint planning and key user stories, managing contract resources, driving issue resolution and escalations. The person will be working with the Strategic Integrator on the data loads to ensure end-to-end successful deployment of each conversion. This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology principles for the PepsiCo Global Template deployment projects. Accountabilities: IT delivery of the MDG (Master Data Governance) solution to support PBNA PGT including implementing automated business processes (workflows) for MDG master data objects (material, customer, vendor, financial data). Planning and managing the MDG RICEF work including enhancements to MDG, interfaces of data in and out of MDG, and cross reference (xRef) delivery and enhancements. Partnering with the Data Conversion lead on the delivery of the conversions of core master data into MDG. Managing onshore and offshore contract team of 25 resources to support RICEF design, testing, and Business Rules Framework enhancements. Across 2 consulting firms (Cognizant and IBM) Partnering with Data Design leads and Business Data Team for each master data domain to successfully deliver MDG solution. Communications and updates on the MDG workstream to project leadership. Creation and updates of the project MDG plan and alignment of the plan with overall PepsiCo Global Template program plan; as well as with vendors / external teams involved. Pro-active overseeing of the work delivered and owned by external vendor(s) and other PepsiCo teams supporting the MDG delivery ongoing reviews, risks & issues management, escalations, project leadership alignment. Compliance with PepsiCo Global Template Master Data Governance methodologies and tools. Aligning landscape plans of the overall PGT program Operational and executional work 70% executional and 30% tactical Quick decision making required Cross Functional interactions with all Value Streams and all levels of PGT. This includes 9 Value Streams and PMO Leadership. Work closely with Global MDG to deliver common MDG solutions COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications/Requirements Strong MDG and S/4 SAP skills Minimum Bachelors degree is required. Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred. 10+ years of experience with Data and Data Design preferably in SAP Leadership skills, including planning, organization, prioritization, collaboration Strong functional understanding of key masterdata objects (Material, Customer, Vendor etc) in the Consumers Goods business. Strong functional knowledge of data maintenance workflow processes and procedures Ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
