Job Description

Teva is searching for a Master Data Senior Analyst (SAP) to join our team in Irvine, CA!

The Master Data Senior Analyst is Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all master data including item masters, formulas (bills of material), routings, and recipes within the ERP systems including SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

You will:

  • Ensure that all ERP master data is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure that all changes to the ERP master data are documented and approved per site change control procedures to ensure the integrity of the master data
  • Actively manage and monitor change control procedures and processes related to ERP master data.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and correct interface errors that occur between the ERP system and other computer systems.
  • Create and maintain metrics to routinely measure the accuracy of the ERP master data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience or training required
  • APICS certification preferred
  • 5 years of SAP Analysis experience required
  • Experience with SAP/MES Master data management required
  • Experience interfacing and changing control processes in a Pharmaceutical environment required
  • Expertise in computers with a thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheet software. 
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Excel skills required
  • Thorough knowledge of product life cycles, manufacturing processes, and ERP systems required.  Knowledge of applicable GMPs related to manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a good working relationship with other departments required.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Able to lead results oriented project teams and communicate timelines, updates and results preferred
