As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Consultant to lead our clients Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation projects. The consultant in this role:
  • Participate in Dynamics 365 CE implementations throughout all project stages including analysis, design, development, test, and operation
  • Serve as subject matter expert with customers and project team members throughout all project stages, effectively leading the technical design of the solutions that meets clients' requirements
  • Provide the technical design documentation for any additional feature functions, integration or data migration requirements
  • Dynamics 365 CE coding and development
  • Help to identify and drive CRM business development opportunities. Present tailored demonstrations of the latest technology solutions
Prefer candidates that live in or near Greater Toronto Area or Vancouver. In addition, IBMs Microsoft Dynamics consultants are required to travel to client sites across Canada to deliver Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation projects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of development experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM on-premise and on-cloud solutions
  • Experience working with X++ coding, SSRS Reporting, Performance management and integration.
  • Experience with provisioning, deployment and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CE environments through ALM Development process
  • Minimum experience implementing 2 large scale Dynamics 365 CE/CRM project including implementation of D365 Portal.
  • Dynamics 365 CE technical certifications would be an asset
  • Readiness to travel up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Has Canadian federal government security clearance or is willing and capable of obtaining the same.
  • Insurance, banking, financial, public sector, health care, oil and gas, or retail industry experience would be an asset
  • Experience implementing and/or integration with Dynamics 365 FO/AX
