-Development of digital solutions to ensure a valuable multichannel customer experience

consistently with customer needs, by closely working with country Brand marketing and

Customer marketing colleagues in building and executing customer/brand plans.

-Country implementation according to local requirements of global digital channels, closely

working with global and local digital teams.

-Tailoring and implementation of digital marketing solutions to meet country needs

**Main Responsibilities**

Digital Brand Planning:

- Operates within a cross functional team, including brand and customer marketing, sales, medical and field access colleagues and is responsible for defining and executing the multichannel country

customer/brand plan, based on a deep understanding of the digital landscape and of digital

customer needs

- Acts as the local digital content lead and is consulted in relation to all digital plans and

activities, often driving them through to execution or supporting the brand marketers' customer

focused initiatives.

- Plays a key role in informing budget allocation to multichannel initiatives and in the

prioritization of activities

- Responsible for digital content development at local level, managing agencies/vendors business relationships as appropriate

Development and implementation of global/local channels/solutions

- Customer insights development with reference to market/competitive digital trends.

- ensure high level of e-permission collection

- E-mail campaigns ideation, set up and execution

- Webinars, web platforms, self product websites, remote-detailing channels implementation and related initiatives ideation and execution.

- Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the HCP/brand/TA websites

- Use of a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, SEM

- Manage on line commercial campaigns to raise brand awareness

- identify mobile APP solutions

- Co-lead role in planning and delivering remote-detailing promotional content, in accordance to the brand communication strategy

- Foster integration of multichannel programs with customer facing activities.

- Drive internal communication and organization cultural change in adopting multichannel

- Drive colleagues to an "open innovation" approach and collaboration with start-ups

KPIs measurement & reporting

- Responsible for identifying KPIs for each multichannel initiative.

- Act as the gate-keeper for KPIs, measurement and reporting on digital channels/solutions at country level


- University degree

- Previous experience in a marketing role (2 years) in the Pharma and/or Consumer business

- Proven track record of digital channels management & multichannel plans execution

- Proven experience in successfully leading x-functional complex projects/programs

- Proven record of driving organizational change in the adoption of innovative multichannel


- Proven experience in open innovation (accelerators, incubators, start-ups mangement)

- Vendor management

- Ability to think and act strategically combined with an ability to translate strategic plans into

operational reality

- Experience in influencing people without authority and in matrix organizations

- Fluent Italian

- Fluent English essential to enable full dialogue with global teams
