**Unit Description**


Sodexo is seeking a **National Client Executive (NCE) Corporate Services.** The **National Client Executive** (NCE) will oversee the ongoing and day-to-day food business operations of up to 10 corporate services account locations in three states within one of Sodexo's high profile account portfolios. Responsibilities will be instilling an appropriate blend of strategic client partnership, and Sodexo vision mission culture. Providing transparent business philosophies and practices, while creating strong morale and productivity.


**The successful candidate will:**


+ Strong food and beverage experience.

+ Develop exceptional client relations and ensure the unit location's product offerings/solutions align with client needs.

+ Ensure the organizations brand reputation.

+ Help build the strategy for the food program.

+ Manage a P&L.

+ Managing the relationship for multiple locations.

**This position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominately M-F scheduled. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.**

**Position Summary**


Leads the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention.. This position is the single point of contact for all locations. Manages through geographically based DMs and area support positions to meet the needs of the national account client. Develops and implements short- and long-range growth strategies within one client company. Interfaces with the national account client's organization which may include global real estate, facilities management and outsourcing vendors. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and new sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience


Basic Management Experience 7 years


Basic Functional Experience 7 years
