**Role Summary**

We are currently looking for a high performing leader to take on the role of National Key Account Manager for the Vaccines business unit. Known internally as Sales Manager - Vaccines, this role covers Australia and targeted accounts in New Zealand. **Role responsibilities include:**

Leadership of KAM Team

+ Lead the development and execution of the KAM regional business plans with a focus on long and short-term opportunities

+ Coach, motivate and develop the KAM team by building a collaborative and focused team

+ Manage budgets, KPI's, execution and ensuring resources are aligned with our vision and goals

National Account Management

+ Develop the National Customer and Account plan in collaboration with Vaccine and Business Unit partners

+ Lead the Account Management process & act as a focal point with cross-functional colleagues

+ Personally lead the key national accounts for the Vaccines business including national wholesalers and pharmacy groups

Leadership of Field Force Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

+ Manage the SLA and engage effectively with relevant cross Business Unit partners to meet commercial goals

+ Facilitate cross Business Unit colleague understanding of local markets and implementation of best practices

The role requires a candidate with the capacity to work autonomously, maintain the highest personal performance standards and foster a positive and driven culture within their team and across the Vaccines business.

+ Solid understanding of the healthcare environment and able to model best practice account management and selling skills

+ Highly developed leadership and influencing skills to achieve personal and team performance

+ Ability to lead and manage change with strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and prepare comprehensive business plans as required
