Texoma Medical Center, a 378-bed facility (297 acute, 60 behavioral, 21 rehabilitation) with a 12-room operating suite and eight floors, has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. In addition, we have numerous facilities in locations throughout the Texoma region.

Position Summary: Under the supervision and guidance of a occupational therapist, carries out each assigned patient's established plan of care utilizing therapeutic modalities and techniques. Completes documentation related to care provided, communicating to supervising therapist and team members on a timely basis.
Job RequirementsGraduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licensed by the State of Texas required and must obtain CPR within 30 days of employment. Must be able to commute between facilities in a timely manner.
Must have a general knowledge of therapy skills and competencies. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship skills. Basic computer skills.
