What You Will Do

Are you that special person who loves to orchestrate amazing workplaces? Do you care as much about functionality as you do about aesthetics? Can you make every interaction with a team member feel special and memorable?

You are the point person for office related needs; everything from coffee, snacks, to helping on-board new team members, vendor and procurement management, companywide celebrations and office furniture management. This role is varied and never dull, and no two days are the same. You have amazing organizational skills and authentic desire to care for your teammates and your ability to relate to and work with everyone.


  • Work to Cloud Security values -- setting the tone and being an example of the greater Cisco values for all team members and guests.
  • Build, submit, coordinates, and manages purchase orders when needed. Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to dispute resolution
  • Partner with leaders on budget creation and monthly office expense process
  • Be a source of information for employees and visitors, answering questions about the office and funnelling questions to the appropriate people when needed
  • Work with local and global employees in all departments to efficiently coordinate on-site meetings, catering, and other events
  • Maintain a comfortable office environment by ensuring meeting rooms, kitchen, and break rooms are always tidy and clean, own space planning, including frequent seating rearrangement
  • Greet occasional visitors and extend friendly, professional customer service in order to provide a phenomenal first impression
  • Contribute to our culture by ensuring First Day success for new hires. Including local orientation, and services overview. Lead local staff onboarding/off-boarding and perform local orientation procedures
  • Additional ad hoc support responsibilities as needed

Who You Are


  • Associates degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience managing an office
  • Ability to multitask with ease, and keep on top of a quickly changing to-do list
  • An unwavering customer and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Represent the interests and personality of the office when working with others.
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Ability to demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills written & verbal
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong sense of diversity, equity, and inclusion and the ability to voice concerns when needed.
