Operations Associate- Client Experience

ADP is hiring an Operations Associate within Work Market, an ADP company.  In this position, you will be working closely with the Director of Service Operations within the Client Experience Team on impactful business initiatives to propel the Team to higher levels of continued success.


The role involves a high level of data analysis, risk management, problem-solving, and project management across the Work Market organization.  


An Operations Manager must cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and partners, including external clients and workers. The nature of the position involves actively executing multiple projects at one time and disseminating information across all levels of the organization.

  • Work alongside a matrix of different teams – Compliance, Product, Development, Implementation, Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing etc. to ensure overall workflow, process, and goals meet business and client requirements.
  • Support initiatives to continuously improve the overall client experience. Collaborate with the wider organization on Client Experience strategies to achieve quarterly goals on metrics like NPS, CSAT, Self-Service, Client retention etc.
  • Create and maintain process flow charts for various tasks performed by Client Experience associates on a regular basis.
  • Work as a Security Champion for WorkMarket to ensure Security and fraud incidents are reported, analyzed, and remediated in a timely manner as per internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Compliance team on Privacy and tax initiatives to ensure overall compliance for WorkMarket.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Development to drive requirements and enhancements to WorkMarket product, to enhance overall client experience and efficiencies.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent in education and experience
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • In-depth data analysis experience, including curating, analyzing, and presenting data
  • Ability to optimize processes, track metrics and implement metrics within processes
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where there is ambiguity and continual change
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
