Packaging Team Supervisor
Auto req ID: 265389BR Job Description This role will serve as a frontline manager providing team leadership and functional expertise. Kindly be aware of the working shifts: Wednesday 4 pm-10 pm, Thur, Fri & Sat 10 am-10 pm. Provides daily work direction to frontline associates Responsible for work allocation and scheduling Makes daily decisions impacting the business Handles all team performance and personnel issues Run the floor and manage workflow Remove obstacles on the floor and handle gaps throughout the day Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics (ePRM, R-Time, ThingWorx, Avantis, etc.) Leads daily performance meetings and leadership venues Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action Coordinates team member training Complies and enforces food safety and safety regulations with department and plant Note: Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
