What You'll Do

The Partner Account Manager at Cisco is the key contact for our Partner and is responsible for owning and nurturing the relationships, building and executing the GTM, and transformation strategies.

Your success will reflect in sales achievements, long-term partner relationships and satisfaction.

In this job you will:

  • Focus on an outstanding partner experience and become your partners trusted advisor.
  • Own and develop the Partner Plan Strategy to drive incremental business for both our companies by defining New GTM strategies, ensuring the sales execution in the field, and evolving the partner business model to match Ciscos transformation.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional Cisco team members to deliver complete business solutions.
  • Work closely with the Cisco teams, to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions, products and services, and lifecycle services.
  • Plan and implement the GTM strategy in order to meet the agreed milestones and timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate business metrics, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, partner needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.

Who You'll Work With

You will be working for the Cisco Services Provider As a Channel organization and working across all local, European, and global organizations to deliver and exceed business goals with our Service Provider Partners across all architectures: Applications, Collaboration, DC, Cloud, Security, and Enterprise Network Solutions.


Who You Are

  • You bring at least 10 years of sales experience in a dynamic IT, Software, Services and Solution business.
  • Minimum BSc. degree in a business field or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • You have experience in driving cross-functional teams in Product Management, Service Creation, or equivalent project-based roles.
  • You are able to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution.
  • Track record in building and implementing a joint business plan.
  • Build and articulate joint value propositions with our partners.
  • Write and speak English fluently.

Desired Skills:

  • Mastery in developing trusted partner relationships from working level to Executive level.
  • Ability to match market requirements and partner strategy with innovative technology solutions.
  • Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to our partners and Cisco overall.
  • Confidence in applying business and financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to use and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts, Pre-sales, Sales, Services and others.
  • Solid understanding of services, software, and lifecycle services.
