What Youll Do

You will focus on developing partners (services business practices) and driving the evolution to new capabilities and business models, in order to expand Cisco services through partners.

You will concentrate on these primary objectives:

  • Partner adoption through Practice build and opportunity development
  • Guide partners on the lifecycle journey to help embed & monetize Customer Experience (CX) services into their mainstream business
  • Service creation through the partners service offering to increase profitability 

Other key responsibilities will include: 

  • Partner education on the evolution of Cisco sales programs and incentives, ensure partners understand the vision and realize the opportunity
  • Develop joint business plan and execute on the plan initiatives in conjunction with relevant Cisco stakeholders
  • Drive partner adoption of CX IB Methodology
  • Assess partner capabilities and provide guidance in covering potential gaps through insertion of Cisco services to complement partners own service offering and optimize the customer experience
  • Become a trusted advisor by building direct relationships with partner executives 
  • Team with CX in pre-sales, and work closely with renewal managers on complex/ competitive renewals
  • Support for large/complex deal transactions and closure
  • Form and maintain relationships with partner stakeholders

Who You Are

  • You are a senior sales professional with at least 10 years of experience in the Channel business with technology service sales/software sales or equivalent channel business development proven skills 
  • You know how to communicate at the executive level and have great presentation skills
  • You are able to lead and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
  • You are highly empathic for customers and passionate about revenue and growth
  • You are a strong relationship builder with a focus on aligning and collaborating with key stakeholders - internal and external - to drive a coordinated, consistent customer-centric approach
  • Gifted with strategic business planning, business & financial acumen skills
  • A curious mind with desire for continuous learning and improvement, that is deeply knowledgeable on Cisco services offerings, software portfolio, data & analytics, security and industry trends
  • Native French language skills and proficiency in English
