AppDynamics is looking for a partner marketing specialist to help support our growing partner business and to build scalable marketing programs for our channel partners in EMEAR.  


Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the EMEAR channel sales team and proactively engage with the top partners to create tailored end to end partner demand generation plans that support the revenue goals of the EMEAR channel sales team;
  • Assist top partners in execution of their plans, arranging AppD speakers, guidance on AppD messaging, vendor selection, brand guidance;
  • Leverage tools and kits created by the HQ partner marketing team to drive new demand generation activities with key partners;
  • Leverage the MDF fund to develop joint activities with the key partners, owning related processes and governance;
  • Collaborate with the local field marketing managers to execute clients events, whenever partners are directly or indirectly involved;
  • Own the partner sponsorship and tracks at our annual corporate conferences, working closely with the EMEAR field events team and key stakeholders to define objectives, build agenda, recruit attendees and execute a successful event;
  • Assist in delivering regular communications to the EMEA channel partners, including partner newsletter, partner events, partner webinars.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing - ideally software industry;
  • Experience working with Channel/VAR partners;
  • Experience with driving communications, enablement, content strategies to a sales oriented audience;
  • Experience with other demand generation programs beyond events to/with partners (e.g., webinars, emails, asset/content whitelabeling);
  • Ability to manage a budget;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environments and highly organised;
  • Great attitude with grit;
  • Comfortable in an environment where change is a constant;
  • Working knowledge of GSuite, Marketo, Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerPoint
