Genoa Clinical Services (GCS) is a leader in the emerging business of comprehensive medication management services (CMMS). CMMS programs help patients maximize benefits from their medications by actively managing drug therapy and identifying, preventing and resolving medication-related problems.

The Patient Engagement Representative is primarilyresponsible for supporting the pharmacists delivering comprehensive medication management services in the GCS Care Center. This support will involve calling patients to educate them on our services, transferring to a live pharmacist or making appointments, and collecting basic patient specific information to prepare patient records, which pharmacists will use to deliver services. Other duties involve processing mail and faxes, as needed.

We are looking for a results-driven candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to actively engage patients in the services provided by the Care Center. In many cases, our Patient Engagement Representatives provide the first introduction of our services to patients. This interaction creates the perfect opportunity to describe the value of our service to our patients and promptly provide them with access to a Clinical Pharmacist.

  • Conduct telephonic outreach to qualified patients in a confidential manner with strict adherence to policies and procedures.
  • ""
  • Articulate clinical services effectively, leading to patient engagement and program participation.
  • ""
  • Perform data entry and complete written documentation of calls efficiently and accurately.
  • ""
  • Maintain department productivity levels for customer satisfaction and performance goals.
  • ""
  • Communicate positively and professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
  • ""
  • Promptly answer a multiple line telephone system and triage the call to the appropriate party.
  • ""
  • Complete administrative duties to include processing mail and faxes.
  • ""
  • Work as a team player to engage patients and achieve Call Center performance goals.
  • ""
  • Perform other projects, work, and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to our patients and clients.

Education or Skills Requirements:

    ""
  • Associates Degree or higher, preferred
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience working in a call center
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products
  • ""
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferred
  • ""
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • ""
  • Bilingual Spanish, preferred
  • ""
  • Web-based acumen is required
  • ""
  • Must reside in Minnesota in the tri city area
  • ""
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within hours of operation is required
