Responsibilities

As a Manager, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of and/or proven record of success in professional services roles helping companies around the following:

  • Achieve strategic clarity on the strategic role of analytics, the value it delivers in the organization, the priority business use case areas to focus, and how differentiation will be achieved
  • Establish an operating structure that maximizes the effectiveness of analytics enablement, delivery, and governance
  • Establish an end-to-end process design for prioritization, intake, funding and execution of analytic capabilities to efficiently deliver analytic insights and maximize business value
  • Gain clarity on an effective enablement strategy (e.g., sourcing, skill/talent, culture) to identify and addresses capability enablement gaps, allowing them to make accurate enablement decisions
  • Develop a market-facing value proposition (e.g., pitch, differentiation, ROI) and drive commercialization of analytic insights to establish new revenue streams
  • Evaluate 3rd party vendors to establish rapid alignment of specific vendor capabilities to enterprise/functional analytic capability needs and establish quicker value creation through acquisition
  • Better leverage AI techniques to introduce more sophistication in unlocking value across the payor value-chain
