/ PBG China TA Access Strategy Lead

**Position Summary**

Develop strategies that reflect novel thinking about local market insights (inc. competitive landscape and reimbursement regulations). Anticipates and resolves operational challenges, negotiation obstacles both internally and externally to enable access innovation exploration and pilot. Works with commercial partners to align access decisions with BG commercial and overall Pfizer enterprise interests.

**Position Responsibilities**

+ Lead the access innovation efforts to explore new access channels and models including but not limited to commercial health insurance, new payer partnership, innovative payment models;

+ Delivers clear recommendations relating to payer trends and reimbursement processes. Synthesizes, interprets, and prioritizes complex and sometimes ambiguous environmental inputs

+ Proactively monitor external environment, customers and competitors to identify opportunities for protecting and improving cross portfolio access opportunities

+ Lays out tasks in a well-planned and organized manner. Maintains good judgment under pressure.

+ Work with internal stakeholders to develop stakeholder mapping and customer engagement strategy, especially for innovation initiatives

+ Take the leadership to ensure smooth coordination with cross- access functions, internal teams and global access related teams.

**Education & Experience**

+ Bachelor's degree above, MBA preferred, specialty in clinical practice, medicine, public health, health economics and management preferred;

+ 5+ years of working experience in healthcare related area, including but not limited to corporate strategy, brand management, business development, market access and strategy consulting related experience preferred

+ Strong knowledge of global and local payer systems and policies

+ Good qualitative and quantitative analysis skills

+ Ability to communicate effectively with team spirit

+ Solution-oriented and self-motivator

+ Ability to partner and lead without authority in a highly matrix environment

+ Fluent English and Mandarin as working language
