Own execution of brand tactics. Drive brand to achieve earnings and revenues objectives, support to develop brand strategy, forcast LRF & P&L. Interface with medical, GAMA and other functions as supporter.


**Execution of brand tactitcs** Translate brand strategies to POA for responsible brand as supporter; Execute brand tactics, manage projects independently in terms of managing budget, setting KPI, tracking progress and resolving issues; **Develop brand promotional materials and training** Develop brand DA, promotional slides, publication if needed and internal traing materials; Train Field Force on product strategy and POA; **Support to develop brand plan & management & cross-functional leadership** Analyze market trend, competitors situation to support developing brand strategy; Explore customer insight and brand value proposition to support developing brand strategy; Track progress towards brand target timely; Support cross-functional brand leadership - across Field Force, Account mgmt, medical, legal, regulatory, etc



Flawless execution in marketing activities and manage project independently; Develop brand promotional materials and internal training materials; Sales training; Actively participate campaign development;

BP & Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations; Develop marketing mix & POA; Interface with cross-functional team;


RTAL /Sales lead/RSIMs/LSOs (For big strategic brand, need to all sales team) Market Access Lead Medical Affairs Lead GCO Marketing services, Business Analytics & Insights (BAI)



Bachelor degree or above, major in Medical or Medicine Good command of oral & written English 1-3 years marketing experience or 2 years DM/local marketing experience
