PGIM Private Capital is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize efforts across key digital vehicles and work as a key member of the PGIM Private Capital Global Marketing team. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation efforts across our websites (prudentialprivatecapital.com, pricoaprivatecapital.com, and pgimprivatecapital.com), social platforms (mainly LinkedIn, Twitter), email marketing, and prospecting tools. The successful candidate must enjoy collaborating with key marketing stakeholders and investment professionals across the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Drive SEO efforts across PGIM Private Capitals websites (mainly Prudential and Pricoa Private Capital) to showcase private debt capabilities and drive lead generation for investment professionals
  • Utilize effective social strategies (LinkedIn and Twitter) to build awareness with middle-market companies
  • Design tailored email marketing campaigns to support investment professionals direct selling efforts. Serve as the Marketing Cloud expert and train support staff with campaign execution.
  • Manage the lead prospecting process (vendor relationship and interface for investment professionals) to identify new middle-market companies and contacts
  • Lead analytics to measure effectiveness of all strategies (SEO, website, social, email) and make compelling recommendations on refinements to make to improve results.


Qualifications

  • 6 8 years of digital marketing experience in a dynamic and complex organization
  • Expertise in digital marketing topics (Email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media) and supporting tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, and Adobe Analytics)
    Understands website tagging principles to optimize SEO
  • Measured effectiveness of digital strategy and experience refining strategy to improve results
  • Experience in a global B2B marketing organization
  • Experience running digital paid media campaigns (SEM, Display, Social)
  • Knowledgeable about SEO and conversion rate optimization best practices
  • Experience or familiarity with the financial services industry, or highly regulated industries such as healthcare and energy where marketing is restricted by compliance requirements
