Prudential Asset Resources (PAR) is a subsidiary of PGIM Real Estate and one of the largest commercial and multifamily mortgage servicing firms in the nation. Position Description

PAR is seeking to hire an Investor Reporting Specialist who would be responsible for supporting the reporting and remittance activities for our Agency business.  Within the Agency business, this role will have various responsibilities for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/Ginnie Mae transaction reporting responsibilities.  This role will require problem solving skills and partnering closely with our Servicing team, gathering data, detailed analysis and spotting trends.  The Investor Reporting specialist will work directly with a manager and have exposure to the group director and senior management in the Servicing business.


Job responsibilities include:

  • Reporting and remittance responsibilities for our Agency business, performed on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis as established by the Agency Regs (i.e., Regulations).

  • Delivery of the proscribed reporting content, format and delivery channel based on Agency reporting requirements.

  • Ensuring data integrity and timeliness of delivery for each reporting deliverable and remittance activity performed.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes and policies to ensure compliance to requirements.

  •  Support and compile relevant documentation for audit requests related to the Agency portfolio.

  • Ad Hoc reporting for various metrics/key indicator reports supporting the Agency portfolio as required.

  • Maintain and report on Agency delinquencies, track required Advances and timely report on Advance repayments.

  • Continuously identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness of processes.

  • Maintain internal controls over investor reporting responsibilities.

  • Effectively partner with other groups within PAR (e.g., Servicing, Asset Management, Business Strategy & Support, etc.) to timely and accurately complete investor reporting responsibilities.



Qualifications include:
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience

  • 1-2 years of prior experience in commercial real estate or another financial discipline

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate or other business degreed preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications;  intermediate Excel skills required

  • FHA/Ginnie Mae Investor Reporting experience preferred

  • Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential

  • Experience in manipulating large amounts of data while understanding related object/field functions

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under challenging time frames

  • Highly motivated and is proactive

  • Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities

  • Ability to work overtime during peak periods

  • Strong collaborative and partnering skills
