POSITION SUMMARY
- Operate cash register and charge systems. Control routine restocking and preservation of OTC area. Greet patients and regulate patient flow. Enter patient data into computer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - None
- Educational Requirements
  - High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Requirements
  - Excellent customer service for interaction with Pharmacy personnel, medical personnel, and customers. Previous retail experience helpful, but not required. Previous cash register experience preferred. Previous familiarity with computer use preferred.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
  - Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from computer systems. Ability to work a variety of shifts based on company and customer needs. Accurately record information, orders, messages, and other related data, via telephone, written, and face-to-face communication. Communicate verbally with staff and customers in a clear and concise, friendly and professional manner. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
