We seek aPharmacy Technicianto support all functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Location: This role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ (Address:1035 E JEFFERSON ST PHOENIX, AZ 85034)

Schedule: This role is per diem and hours worked will be as needed; will need to cover PTO's, etc.

• Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
"

Primary Responsibilities:

"
• Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
"
• Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist
"
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
"
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
"
• Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
"
• Works with the Pharmacist to asset in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
"
• Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
"
• Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills
"
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

"
• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 6+ months of pharmacy technician experience
"
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee or Certified Pharmacy Technician
"
• Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver's license
"
• Ability to float to other sites if / when needed (will be reimbursed for mileage for travel that is not to home site)
"

Preferred Qualifications:

"
• Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience
"
