Main responsibilities include:

  1. Physical Synthesis
  2. Place and Route
  3. Optimization
  4. Timing closure
  5. Verification of high speed chip blocks
  6. Design Floor Planning

Who You Are

Essential requirements:
1.      BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
2.      1+ year minimum of hands-on experience in ASIC design and verification
3.      Understanding of ASIC design methodology and flow all the way from netlist to GDSII
4.      Understanding of Static Timing Analysis and timing closure
5.      Knowledge and hands on experience in block level synthesis, place and route, timing closure.
6.      Knowledge of Cadence (RC, EDI, etc ) or Synopsys (DC, ICC, etc) design tools.
7.      Understanding of design constraints and manipulation. 
8.      Automation and programming-minded. Self-motivated, able to work independently or as a team player
9.      Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
10.  Understands the big picture and detail oriented during execution.
