The North America Value Chain team is leading the strategy, innovation, and digital transformation with an explicit vision to make PepsiCo indispensable to our consumers, our customers, and our people. This role will be part of the newly designed PepsiCo North American Value Chain team, which will own large, transformational initiatives across PepsiCos total end-end value chain strategic initiatives.

The Power BI Developer/Technical Lead (internal title: NA VCT Technical Lead/Power BI Developer) will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and supporting of testing, development and refactoring end-to-end applications on ever-changing modern technology platforms cloud environments. This individual will be a critical member of the team supporting various BI Projects.

The candidate will collaborate with key business leaders to understand their needs and then translates them into Reporting solutions that empower various business teams with actionable information which will result in improved business performance. This role requires an analytical mindset, accuracy, attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities. You will need to create tactical solutions while determining the overall fit into the company's future technology landscape.



  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands on experience in data preparation, data gateway and data warehousing projects.
  • 3+ years of advanced experience working with Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong hands on experience building Office 365 solutions using Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online.
  • Experience dealing with offline app development and data management
  • Process automation experience using MS Flow
  • Translate data and business requirements into informative visuals and reports
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential for this role
  • Ability to work across all functions and levels
  • Strict attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
