What You'll Do

Drive Cisco Cyber Range business for an assigned territory by developing high-level CSO, CISO, CIO relationships across country and SAARC. Use deep technical expertise to build value for Cisco CR solution and address all queries of customers/ partners.

Win incremental business for Cisco security products and services

Identify & seed major projects within the target base, leading activities to maximize security product and services revenues attached to Cyber Range offering.

Provide customers configurations to meet their needs, as required, whilst utilizing the companies Security Consulting Systems Engineer (CSE) resources to maximum affect.

Work Services Sales teams and Account SE teams to draw and maintain focus on top accounts in each vertical

Deliver good whiteboard sessions , demos, POC, presentations and Trainings on Cisco Cyber Range.

Collaborate effectively with Cisco interanal functions such as Account Managers, System Engineers, Engineering & Services teams to demonstrate a one Cisco approach to success.

Act as a conduit between the customer requirements and BU to communicate feature requests

Good understanding of competing solutions is a requirement, such as Cyberbit/ Palo Alto/Checkpoint/McAfee/Symantec)

Drive net new business for the region

Equip sales and presales teams, channel partners to be independently sell CR solution

Who youll Work With

You Work with Account team/ Channel team/ Business Units/Services Sales/Marketing, for achieving your goals of growing Cisco Cyber Range penetration in entire India & SAARC.

Who You Are

University Graduate with a degree or higher qualifications.

Professional qualification, CISSP/CISA is desirable.

  • Have business level English interpersonal skills and be adept at addressing a large technical audience
  • Hands on experience to provide demonstration for security trainings

Proven/Quantifiable track record of over-achievement in at least 5 of the last 9-10 years

Good, all-round knowledge of the security market, associated channels and end-users

Experience in selling complex software-based solutions such as Security Training, network security (NGFW, NGIPS, VPN etc.), content security (web and email proxies or cloud variants) and advanced threat solutions (sandbox, behavioural analytics, end-point detection and remediation etc.) is helpful

Track record in closing major end user customers for projects, running to more than $5M in a security business, across in ITES, FSI & Public Sector , Defence domain.

Ability to travel is required.

CxO level connect in Public Sector or Large Enterprise will be an added benefit.

Professional sales training e.g. Strategic Selling, Power Base or Target Account Selling (TAS)
