A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. Youll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwCs brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.Our Events team identifies or plans targeted sales and marketing events that assists PwC expand its client base and enhance our brand. As part of our team, youll help arrange or identify relevant marketing events based on business needs and practice areas.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success designing the overall client experience throughout events to achieve strategic objectives of a campaign and to understand event marketing, emphasizing the following areas:
- Developing program content, integrating the brand, campaign content and messaging, subject matter expertise, and thought leaders to bring quality programs to our clients;
- Developing and executing targeting strategies;
- Developing an internal and external communications strategy to build awareness and attendance at events;
- Utilizing and applying firm's services and triggers, which indicate a client need for those services that can be incorporated in targeting and identifying business development follow up activity that needs to occur post-event;
- Managing a data-driven, integrated events strategy delivering results against strategic priorities that contribute to developing relationships and increasing brand equity;
- Drawing and sharing extensive-level insights on events activities and processes; and,
- Understanding the Marketing and Sales function, including Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Thought Leadership.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Defining, supporting, managing and communicating the firm's campaign messaging and brand identity, internally and to the marketplace, through compelling event-related communications;
- Managing and coordinating cross-marketing team to achieve the envisioned client experience by bringing together the appropriate resources from brand, campaign, content, sectors, geographies and lines of service; - Managing and executing programs to achieve quantified results affecting brand, relationships and pipeline;
- Creating a comprehensive PwC experience and interface with top client and PwC leadership and attendees;
- Understanding current and emerging business issues, and firm products and services that address them;
- Connecting events to business development related to national priorities;
- Thinking strategically with a willingness to tactically execute;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels - leadership, peers, subject matter experts, other teams and resources - and with clients;
- Managing and coaching resources, as appropriate, including providing written and verbal feedback;
- Demonstrating agility in navigating a large organization; strong collaboration skills and adept at overcoming internal barriers and resource constraints to produce successful program(s);
- Utilizing and applying event-related technologies to measure the ability to track results of events (including client experience, ROI, coordination, efficiency and effectiveness of planning and event execution) and translate information into strategic insights/recommendations;
- Leveraging proven abilities in project management, as well as manage multiple and complex priorities;
- Evaluating the appropriateness of potential events activities with alignment to marketing strategy, targets and business development opportunities. Recommending results of evaluations to marketing leadership for approval; and
- Resolving issues independently, coordinating with leadership or subject matter specialty departments when necessary.
