We work within the world's largest retailer yet maintain a startup feel working in small agile teams to revolutionize the eCommerce landscape. 4000+ brick and mortar stores and thousands of other sources of inventory and fulfillment serving our over 1 billion customers calls for thinking at scale and makes the challenge and complexity big! In this specific role you will be responsible to lead inventory, as it is used in customer promise, and to drive the transformation it is undergoing to efficiently share inventory across businesses (like Walmart.com, Walmart Online Grocery, Jet, Shoes.com, Hayneedle, Moosejaw, etc.) and to serve Omni-channel experience. Responsibilities: Develops and champions a product vision, strategies, and roadmap for one or more complex products Ensure alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision as well as with team's stakeholders Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up environment Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects in Agile environment Leads one to three product managers in product development and execution Be an advocate of metric/data based decision making Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity Serve as a thought leader within the team and the broader enterpriseCity:SUNNYVALEState:CAPosition Description:Supply Chain Technology enables Walmart's eCommerce business to make and keep order promises to its customer.
