What Youll Do 


The CX Product Manager is responsible for creating CX offers, the GTM Strategy, RTM Selection and end to end Offer Roadmap for the Cloud, Compute and IoT architectures. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis for lifecycle management of existing offers. Define product vision, strategy and feature roadmap by working with cross-functional teams


Other Responsibilities Include:

Think strategically and creatively to capture product and customer feedback. Drive market research, competitive analysis and business metrics to inform direction.

Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders to communicate Cloud, Compute, and IoT  vision, strategy, goals, status and customer impact.

Establish and run a tight interlock with business units, Sales, customer experience delivery, partners, program, New Product and Practice teams.

Ensure tight alignment with BE product line managers at the appropriate levelDefine Core Offer details and value proposition

Prepare core messaging deck for the offer

Build and present business case for new offers in the Cloud, Compute and IoT domainsWorking closely with the CX New Product team, and Practice teams to drive offer incubation from inception, to creation, to structured market trials. 

Work closely with BE(s), Sales and Delivery teams.  

Collaborate with CX Platforms when tools, platforms, and supporting technologies are ready to be transitioned to scale or sustaining engineering; acting as an SME as needed.

Who You Are

You are a strategic leader with a depth of experience driving transformation across a broad set of technologies across the Globe. You have the ability to view the current environment and accurately anticipate the requirements of our customers in the coming 12-18-24 months.A Bachelors Degree is required with a minimum of 10+ years related experience in Product Management

Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements and build a business case

Has led large-scale market initiatives and organization.Possesses proven and effective team leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with and through others and able to manage conflicting pressures and priorities while resolving complex issues.Conversant, knowledgeable and passionate around customer, market and competitive trends and movements influencing how broad technical transitions are unfolding across IT and BusinessCapable to define and deliver high value quantifiable and repeatable business outcome approaches that can be codified in the services offering portfolioDemonstrates strong consultative skills in gaining understanding customer business challenges and engaging in joint problem solvingStrong communication skills, active listener, ability to synthesize high level information Strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills. 

Proven ability to influence and lead outside of organization and across roles and functionsCredible in a technical discussion at executive and with expert support at technical levelExperience strategizing and delivering transformational projects / programs
