Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is aligned to the Analyst Relations managers for IBMs Cloud and Corporate AR programs and will have responsibility for scaling Program Management best practices across the AR team. This role helps simplify, schedule, and organize so that the AR managers can focus on driving strategic outbound/inbound communication with analysts. The candidate will be a strong internal partner to AR leadership, focused on driving efficiency within the team and increasing ARs visibility with analysts and IBM executives.

Candidate should have:
Expert project management skills, you keep your team organized, providing clarity and structure
The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, you can jump from topic to topic easily
Strong attention to detail, you chase tasks until completion and always follow-up
A natural tendency to be proactive, you know the needs of the teams and get creative when opportunities arise to help your teammates
Great communication skills, more importantly you know when to listen and when to lead
A coachs mindset you want to mentor and develop a team of PMs under your leadership,
A desire to grow in the Analyst Relations profession and learn from the industrys best talent

Schedule on-going engagements for AR/BUs stakeholders, build a regular cadence with analysts
Collect and organize analyst-ready content/collateral, help feed into IBMs analyst portal
Build a project management framework in Trello to help drive efficiency in IBMs response to evaluative reports like MQs, Wave, Marketscapes, etc.
Be a central coordination point for BU-level reporting of AR outcomes, upcoming activity, events
Help synthesize analyst research, document sparklers
Surface and document best practices for inclusion in IBMs AR playbook
Assist teams with processing POs by working with BU Marketing Operations teams

This is an office based position located in Cambridge, MA

Applicants must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.



Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Bachelors Degree
7+ years experience in Analyst Relations, Communications, Marketing or similar discipline

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
MBA or other advanced degree
15+ years experience in Analyst Relations, Communications, Marketing or similar discipline
Experience working with firms such as Gartner, IDC, or Forrester
