What You'll Do

As an elite program manager, you will lead strategic initiatives and business reviews of complex, multi-product solutions to advance Ciscos portfolio strategy.

As part of Cisco's Enterprise Networking Business Group, you'll influence a diverse set of partners with your strong relationship skills and dedication to driving good decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams consisting of product management, engineering, sales, finance, support and operations staff on various products and solutions. You will generate and assess performance metrics on business outcomes in order to inform strategic decision-making.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of program management or operations experience delivering enterprise software and hardware products, or SaaS based products
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration; MS Computer Science (or a related major) or an MBA preferred.
  • Dedicated and passionate leadership and project execution. Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources and delivering results in challenging situations.
  • You are equally comfortable solving problems through technology as you are through operational excellence, and know when to employ the right tactic.
  • Strong communication and influencer skills for engaging with multiple partners of the business, understanding their interests or concerns, and unifying them around a common goal for success. This includes the ability to articulate recommendation using PowerPoint presentations.
  • Effectively (concisely and with accuracy) communicate problems, issues, risks, solutions, etc. both via written and oral methods to appropriate stakeholders and leadership
  • Practical work experience leading product business reviews and outcomes including financial reports
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity and reliability. A leader mentality.
  • Shown success in change management and leading work-streams to ensure commitment to deliverables and execution to conclusion
  • Process improvement experience preferred as well as working within a budget.
