Program Manager - Services Offer Enablement

Your role will be to lead and orchestrate a group of operations authorities and cross-functional partners and collectively build end to end operational solutions consisting of processes, systems, tools and policies.

Who You'll Work With

The Services Operations Enablement team is a team within the Offer Lifecycle pillar of Product Operations. Our overall team charter is to build and deliver new offers and capabilities that help our field sell, make it easier to do business with Cisco and connect Operations to partners to anticipate future needs.

Role & Responsibilities

You'll partner with CX product management in development of new services initiatives/offers.

Drive new initiatives through the CX NPI process and ensure the operations deliverables are met at each NPI review gate.

You will lead cross-functional Operations team to build, assess, and analyze business and operational requirements.

Develop comprehensive operations plan to enable the new service be quoted, ordered, sold, entitled, invoiced, renewed from an end-to-end perspective.

You'll drive project deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget while providing direction and leading program resources in the development and implementation of the operational solution.

You'll drive team initiatives towards operational excellence and continuous improvement of how projects within the team can be led and executed.

Who You'll Work With

You will work regularly with a cross functional set of partners within our team, the broader Operations function, Sales, Customer Experience, and Corporate Finance.

Who You Are

You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent, plus 10+ years of experience.

Deep understanding of industry business processes related to service product lifecycle, sales, order fulfillment, billing and service cycle.

You thrive in complex and ambiguous environments, and you can break things down to manageable work efforts.

You can tell stories visually (typically PowerPoint) to help cross functional partners to understand the operational solution and customer experience.

Superior project management skills.

Excellent social skills both verbal and written.

You establish relationships with cross functional partners based on your expertise, building trust, and sharing success.

Ability to expertly lead the implementation of large cross-functional projects.

Ability to produce a cross-functional integrated operation plans.

Ability to demonstrate critical thinking to propose

Implementation options and recommendations back to the business, and focus on key business decisions needed.

Desired Skills

PMP or related certification preferred.

Strong understanding / experience with Cisco CX, or experience in the Technology Services Industry preferred.

Strong working knowledge of Ciscos commercial monetization models.

Familiarity with core commerce tools, e.g. CCW and CCWR

Works independently with minimal supervision.
